The accountants of Genoa Chambers are in a position to help their Italian and foreign clients in assessing the kind, the characteristics and the dimensions of the company which better suits their needs.

Corporate and contractual joint ventures can be set up by helping the Clients in drafting the by-laws and the Statute in accordance with the recent reform of Italian Company Law.

Upon Clients’ request, the appointment as internal auditor of the new company can be accepted.
