Crewmembers’ labour
Some members of Genoa Chambers have a specific expertise in the matter of injuries and death accidents on board the vessels, as well as in the handling of industrial disputes between owners and crewmembers which involve the interpretation of the collective contracts of employment.
In addition, a constant attention is dedicated to the International Labour Organisation.
