Due diligence on various types of companies is commonly carried on by the accountants and the lawyers of Genoa Chambers in order to help their Clients to invest in Italy and to evaluate the merits of their business investments. Due diligence will normally include a complete review of the business plan, an onsite visit, the review of all financial records, possibly some interviews with the proponent and finally the issuance of a complete report to the prospective investor, by identifying the risks and the opportunities associated with the investment.
