General Average
Important legal cases have been handled in respect of Rule D of the York Antwerp Rules. Furthermore assistance is rendered to Clients to collect the necessary documentation if necessary through the Court in order to prove the unseaworthiness of the vessel and to consequently disprove a claim for contribution.
