Joint venture
Corporate and contractual joint ventures are an increasingly common way for companies to create strategic alliances, whenever there are good business and accounting reasons together with complementary capabilities and resources. In a joint venture, two or more "parent" companies agree to share capital, technology, human resources, risks and rewards in a formation of a new entity under shared control. Therefore Italian Clients are frequently assisted in using the Joint venture structure in order to gain entrance into foreign markets whilst foreign companies are often assisted to form joint ventures with domestic Italian companies already present on the relevant markets.
