Loredana Damiani, was born in Recco (Genoa) on 11th December 1970.
After the technical commercial certificate, she graduated in Economics and Commerce at the University of Genoa in 1998.
She obtained her professional qualification in Genoa in 2002 and in the same year she became Tax Accountant for the Tribunal of Genoa and she was admitted to the Register of Chartered Accountants of the Ministry of  Justice.
Since 2004 she has been admitted to the Register of Court Surveyors at the Tribunal of Genoa, where she cooperates as Bankruptcy Commissioner and as Commissioner for the enforced sales of real estates.
She is carrying out her professional activity individually  and also in collaboration with Dr. Paolo Botta and over the years she has gained great experience in the following matters:

• Corporate and fiscal advising;
• Business management and company’s group restructuring;
• Tax  and pre-tax litigation;
• Easy-terms financing. (Objective 2, Law 488 etc).

She is the internal Auditor for several business corporations.
Since 2008 she is part of Genoa Chambers, where she continues her professional practice with the same characteristics of independence and autonomy, in the meantime collaborating with Dr. Paolo Botta
