Born in Palermo on the 21st November 1979, after completing his high school studies in Palermo, he obtained the law degree at the University of Parma in 2003. He also studied a postgraduate course on shipping law at the University Of Valencia (Spain) where he also worked as a trainee, awarded by the “Leonardo” programme, for a local law firm specialised in the field of maritime law. Finalising his period of study in Spain he also obtained the Spanish law degree at the University of Valencia.
From November 2004 until June 2007 he has been working in London for a company focused on all the matters related to the pleasure vessels.
He was admitted to the Bar in the district of the Court of Appeal of Palermo in 2006.
From September 2007 he joined the Genoa Chambers where he is building his professional career and collaborating with Maurizio Dardani.
