Paolo Botta, born in Genoa on 2nd February 1966, studied in Genoa at the University of Genoa, where he graduated, with highest marks, in Economics and Commerce in 1990, and where he carried out his activity as a letturer till 1997.
He became Tax Account till 1991, and has been Public Advisor since 1995. |
Since 1994 he has been Account in the Register of Court Surveyors at the Tribunal of Genoa, where he cooperates as technical consultant, official receiver and judicial liquidator.
He carried out his professional activity as professional accountant in Genoa gaining great experience in the following matters:

Corporate and fiscal advice, also with reference to the company's crisis;

Business management and company's group restructuring;

Financial restructuring;

National and international fiscal planning and tax law;

Mergers and acquisitions;

Tax litigation.
