Fabio Gardella graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and in 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Genoa.
He enrolled with the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts for the Court District of Genoa in 2017 and has been a Statutory Auditor since 2016.
In the exercise of his professional activity he has gained specific experience in law and corporate consulting in general as well as tax consulting. He has specific experience as a consultant in the field of banking law, in particular on matters relating to banking contracts, compound interest, and usury under Law 108/96.
He has many years of specific experience in the sale and custody of real estate by proxy for Enforcement Judges.
He has successfully pursued his practice at Genoa Chambers since 2012.
