Avv. Luisa Moretti

Luisa Moretti graduated in law with honours, presenting a dissertation on administrative procedural law at the University of Genoa on 10th July 1989.

After serving articles with one of Genoa’s leading law firms in the areas of civil, commercial and bankruptcy law, she was called to the bar in 1992 and began working in the family practice, specialising in administrative law but still handling civil, banking and bankruptcy cases, also gaining extensive experience in arbitration. In 2007 she obtained right of audience at the Italian Supreme Court.

Before joining the Genoa Chambers team, she gained experience working with other law firms in administrative litigation, assisting health care companies, public bodies, businesses and private individuals in the field of civil litigation; she has handled cases regarding banking, bankruptcy, credit recovery, and privatisation, as well as assisting credit institutions and public and private entities. She has also gained experience providing legal assistance in administrative and accounting liability cases, also before the higher courts.

She has also provided consultancy services for Public Bodies and Hospitals, companies and other private subjects during the various phases of administrative proceedings and for the preparation of documentation, measures and during the pre-litigation phase.
